Thursday, June 8th  

6:30 p.m. Shotgun Start - 2 Man Scramble (Included in entry but optional to play) - 

Friday, June 9th

7:00 a.m. - Registration and Breakfast Buffet (included)

8:30 a.m. - 1st Nine Hole Match Shotgun Start

11:30 a.m. - 2nd Nine Hole Match Shotgun Start

2:30 p.m. - 3rd Nine Hole Match Shotgun Start

6:00 p.m. - Cocktail Hour (Cocktails and Beverages available for purchase)

7:30 p.m. - Dinner for participants and volunteers (Spouse/Guest)

8:00 p.m. - Raffle Boards Drawn

8:30 p.m. - Entertainment (Dueling Pianos)

Saturday, June 10th

7:00 a.m. - Breakfast Buffet Available (included)

8:30 a.m. - 4th Nine Hole Match Shotgun Start

11:30 a.m. - 5th Nine Hole Match Shotgun Start

2:30 p.m. - Shootout begins (Cocktails and Beverages available for purchase)

Following Shootout - Prizes awarded, Hors d'oeuvres provided (Cocktails and Beverages available for purchase)


Cost: $520.00 per team

Included in entry fee:  Range Balls, Nine Hole Par 3 Kick Off Scramble, 5-Nine Hole Matches, Breakfast both days, Free Beer and Soda on the Course, Free Hot Dogs on course, choice of tee gift, $100.00 Closest to the Pin on Par 3's sponsored by Delehanty Ford, Dinner and Entertainment for participants and guest on Friday night

Optional Golf Shop Game available for $20.00. Optional regular and senior skins games available for $20.00 & $10.00 respectively

Entry Packets are available outside the proshop


This will be a 2-man best ball team match play event  Each player will receive 90% of his handicap from their respective tee; see tee assignments below.  Teams will be flighted into groups of 6 according to combined team handicap.  You will play each team in your flight in a nine hole match play; 1 point is awarded for a won hole and 1/2 point for a halved hole.  The cumulative point total for all five nine hole matches will deternmine winners for each flight.  The winner from each flight will be given the opportunity to play in the shootout.  Ties for getting in the shootout will be decided by head-to-head score during tournament play.  If the teams in questions are still tied, then a chip off will be held to determine the flight winner. 

Shoot-Out Rules

The cost for the Shoot-Out will be $200.00 per team.  If a qualifying team chooses not to partcipate, the next team in the flight will be given the opportunity.  We will go down the list in the flight until the Shoot-Out field is full.  The format for the shootout is alternate shot.  The member will hit the tee shot of Hole #1 and Hole #7.  The guest will hit the tee shot on Hole #6 and Hole #18.  After the tee shot, players will alternate hitting each shot until the ball is holed.  Penalty shots do not affect the order of play


1st Hole - 3 Teams (Hole #1)

2nd Hole - 2 Teams (Hole #6)

3rd Hole - 2 Teams (Hole #7)

4th Hole - 2 Team (Hole #18)


Each team will receive 50% of their combined team handicap.  They will receive strokes where they fall on the scorecard

Hole #18 - 4th Handicapped Hole

Hole #6 - 9th Handicapped Hole 

Hole #7 - 13th Handicapped Hole

Hole #1 - 15th Handicapped Hole

If teams are tied, elimiation will be decided by a putt of chip-off


1st Place - $1,200.00

2nd Place - $700.00

3rd Place - $500.00


Tee Assignments

Tee Assignments will follow the "80-rule" unless player has declared tee prior to start of the season
